Sales Trader – Nordic Markets

Our Sales & Trading team is essential to the growth of the business and Sales & Trading is where it all begins. You will be required to research, identify and target new business prospects in our Nordic markets (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland).

Job Details

You would be required to engage with prospects, educating them on our solutions and what we can bring to them. Demonstrating knowledge and establishing a relationship are very important. The primary goal of this role is to fully engage with potential new clients leading to qualified meetings for the growth of our company.

We provide all the product knowledge and training necessary to become a successful Sales Trader. New employees go through mentoring with our senior Sales Traders to develop the skills and expertise they need.

Your Profile

  • Native Swedish and/or Norwegian and/or Finnish speaker, fluent in English. German is a plus
  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree, preferably in Business Economics or Finance
  • 0-2 years’ experience in Sales Trading or Brokerage / Account Management
  • Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with stakeholders of all levels internally and externally using many tools to communicate (phone, email, social media, other)
  • Will to build your network through extensive research and development by using a variety of social methods
  • Aptitude for taking initiative, a commercial and creative mind with an entrepreneurial attitude
